These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Floors Unlimited, Inc., doing business as Floor Stuff (“Floor Stuff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use.

2. Quote requests are not orders

Submitting a quote request through this site does not create a contract. We will reply with pricing, lead time, and availability, and any subsequent purchase is governed by the order confirmation and invoice we issue.

3. Pricing and availability

Pricing and stock are subject to change without notice. We make best efforts to keep listed prices current, but the prevailing price at time of order is the price reflected on your invoice.

4. Returns and refunds

Most products are returnable within 30 days in unused, original condition with proof of purchase. Special-order items, opened chemicals, and cut goods (carpet, vinyl, and similar) are generally non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.

5. Stain Remedy app

The Stain Remedy app is provided as a free reference resource. The cleaning procedures suggested are based on industry guidance and our own experience, but every carpet fiber and stain combination is different. Always check with your fiber manufacturer for their care guidelines before applying any cleaning method. We are not responsible for damage that results from applying a suggested procedure to a carpet or surface for which it was not intended.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Floors Unlimited, Inc. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Services after a revision, you accept the revised Terms.
